- If you are browsing from a Computer:
in the top right corner, you will find the text “Login / Register“. By clicking on login, you can authenticate and access your account.
if you don’t see that text, you will find the word “Account”. By clicking on Account, you will access a page with various links on the left, including Orders, Address, and Account Details.
- If you are browsing from a Mobile Phone:
In the top left corner, you will find the icon with three horizontal lines. Clicking it will open a menu with a “Login / Register” or “Account” button. Clicking that will open the page with links to Orders, Address, and Account Details.
We accept Bank Transfers, PayPal, Credit Cards, and Satispay.
Cash on delivery is not accepted. If you do not have access to digital payment methods, you can pay in cash at a tobacconist, but this must be completed before the goods are shipped.
The password requested is the “3D Secure” password for Visa or “SecureCode” for Mastercard, designed to ensure maximum protection against fraud and unauthorized card use.

During the checkout process, after reaching the cart and clicking “Proceed to checkout”, you can select the checkbox
[ ] “Ship to a different address?”
By clicking it, the fields to add a shipping address different from your registration address will be displayed.
By clicking on a product or a size that is out of stock, a form will appear titled
“Notify me when available”
You can fill out the form with your email address, and you will receive an alert when the product is back in stock.
